At the young age of 19 Katie has already lead a remarkable life. She has been studying self development since she was 13 years old and met many inspiring mentors along the way.

At 16, Katie decided it was time to pay it forward. While still at school she started up her own business "www. freespiritgirl.com”, running workshops to empower and support teen and pre teen girls to find self confidence, love and respect, know who they are, stand up for what they believe in, live their lives to their fullest potential and share their authentic self with the world.

Katie Pitsis graduated year 12 from Woolgoolga High School in 2010, during this time she was school captain, owned her own business running her own personal development, self empowerment workshops for teen & pre-teen girls called Free Spirit Girl, bought and renovated her first investment property and was DUX of the Woolgoolga High School. She managed to achieve all of these things while remaining calm, relaxed, focused and had the time of her life. She has been in the personal development industry for 6 years, has had the great honour of supporting 1000's of teens worldwide.

Katie has been extensively trained over the past 6 years resulting in her being a master practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), hypnosis & timeline therapy, she is a Journey Practitioner having studied with Brandon Bays and an Experiential Games Coach having trained under Clinton Swaine at Frontier trainings. Katie has been a Tony Robbins Youth Coach for the past 5 years at the "Global Youth Leadership Summit”, a Magic Moments youth coach for the "Young Leader and finance Summit” She has invested over $50 000 in her education allowing her to have the extensive qualifications she has.

Katie has been awarded a vast amount of prestigious awards including;

  • The Zonta "Young Women in public affairs” award for advancing the status of women in 2008
  • The Long Tan "Vietnam veterans award" ( 2009 sponsored by the Australian defence force)
  • The "Masonic award" for social achievement (2009 sponsored by Freemasons Lodge No 705)
  • The Coffs Harbour City Council "Citizenship Award" (2010)
  • The Woolgoolga High School P.&C. "School leadership Award" (2010)
  • The Woolgoolga High School "Achievement Award" (2010)
  • Katie was also named "THE YOUNG CITIZEN OF THE YEAR" at the Australia day award ceremony in Coffs Harbour in 2011

Katie's mission is to support the youth of today to eradicate their limitations and negative beliefs that have held them back in the past and support them to gain confidence and self esteem so they can stand strong in their beliefs, be outstanding leaders and the best that they can be, in turn paying it forward to positively impact upon the world.

Katie believes contribution and living in an attitude of gratitude is the key, she feels blessed to be able to support and empower tens of thousands of teens and adults worldwide. She is a true inspiration to young people, showing that no matter what your age, think big, be yourself, whatever you can conceive you can achieve.

About Cazzie
freespiritgirlCazzie(Carol) is Katie's mum and lives on the spectacular North, East Coast of New South Wales Australia,in a little seaside town called Mullaway. Enjoying a life of simplicity, she lives with Katie, and Katies 3 lively brothers and her soul mate andchildhood sweetheart,Steve and their little puppy Lily.
Cazzie is an accredited Journey Practitioner (having studied with "The Journey" and Brandon Bays) and a Results and Master practitioner in ‘Neuro Linguistic Programming', 'Hypnotherapist' and a Family Life coach.
Cazzie is a published author and illustrator of the beautiful self empowering children's book "An Angel in my Heart”which can also now be found on CD. She is the founder of "Guiding little souls” and it is her deepest prayer that children remember their true essence, live as their boundless potential and shine their love and light out into the world.
Cazzie is a family coach and works one on one with families.
Cazzie's mission is bringing mothers and daughters together so that they connect on a deep soul level, becoming best friends and soul sisters, guiding and supporting each other.
Cazzie has also been involved with workshops for women such as "The Gift”( A women's rite to herself.) and "Journey Women”
She believes that when parents connect and communicate from the heartspace,they create an opening for guiding and supporting their children so they feel joyful, compassionate and trust in themselves as they journey through life.

About Rachel:

freespiritgirlRachel is 16 years old and currently in year 11 at Woolgoolga High School. Rachel has such a huge loving and supportive heart, she is strong, wise, compassionate and honest, as well as being a phenomenal leader within the community.
 
Rachel loves to give back to the world and does so through volunteering in a wide variety ways some of which include; The Cancer Councils "Relay for life”, the Red Cross door knock appeal, Clean up Australia day, Jeans for Genes day and is a support mentor for new students in her school who have come from overseas, helping them with their English and their transition in to the school.
 
She has been in the Student Representative council at school for the past 4 years, has achieved The Woolgoolga High school "Gold award" and has also been awarded with the "Zonta- women in public affairs award" for advancing the status of women within the community, the "Country Women's association award" & the Long tan Vietnam veterans "leadership and team work award"
 
Rachel is a sought after speaker having spoken at the International women's day breakfast and her local pre-teen girls called Free Spirmpeted at a state and national level for dragon boat paddling for the past 4 years achieving one gold and three bronze medals; she was the Captain of the National team in 2010.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rachel has also attended Christopher Howards "Break through to Success” seminar, "The Journey Intensive" weekend with Brandon Bays, the Magic moments "Youth leadership and finance camp”, "Youth lead” programs and the " Auz green youth lead program” She has been in the personal development industry for the past 3 years.
 
Rachel loves Free Spirit Girl because; " It is like one big family, there is so much support from my amazing sisters, were all there for each other in the bad times and celebrate each other in the good times, I feel accepted and at home”
 
Rachel's mission is to change as many lives as possible, she says "I want to give everyone a life as great as my own, so all humans are of equal value and we are all like one big family” She is here to live a healthy and fulfilling life, adopt children and become a school teacher, she is going to find the cure for cancer, as well as travelling the world and experiencing everything amazing that life has to offer.
 
Rachel is a true inspiration and an outstanding role model for all young girls.
 
 
About Caitlin:

freespiritgirlCaitlin is an amazing leader and is constantly stepping up, growing and achieving her goals. Caitlin has a thirst for knowledge and self growth and has already attended a wide variety of personal development and leadership seminars including; Christopher Howards "Break through to success” seminar, Clinton Swaine's "Play to Win” experiential games seminar, The Magic Moments foundations "Youth Leadership and finance camp” and Brandon Bays "The Journey- intensive workshop” Caitlin has been in the industry for 4 years and during that time has fully funded all of these workshops on her own.
 
Caitlin also loves drama and acting and recently won a third place at her local drama eisteddfod, she is also very studious and achieved outstanding results in her year 10 school certificate in 2010.
 
Caitlin is s strong believer in contribution and over the years has taken part in Clean up Australia day, Red Cross Door knock appeal, Salvation Army door knock appeal and the heart foundation fundraisers as well as at every opportunity practicing random acts of kindness.
 
Caitlin loves Free Spirit Girl and says that "It is so awesome, it is so much fun, you learn so much and it's a place where you can go and completely be yourself and feel so accepted and safe, I think it's great to be able to offer support to my other sisters as well”
 
Caitlin's mission is to "make the world a peaceful place, to support all people in it, especially in underprivileged countries to improve their quality of life and their mindsets and beliefs.”
 
Caitlin always walks her talk and is the change she wishes to see in the world, she is an amazing authentic and honest leader and mentor who contributes so much back to the world
 
 About Chloe:
Role:Head Assistant trainer
 
freespiritgirlChloe is an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate her peers and bring the best out in them her passion and determination supports them in changing for the better.
 
Chloe is extremely passionate about dancing and has been an assistant teacher at Woolgoolga Dance Studio for the past 3 years acting as a mentor for the younger students, she also assistant taught at her school and was the head choreographer for her schools rock eisteddfod in 2010.
 
Chloe is in a professional dance company called Pro Co and also competes in a number of competitive dance eisteddfods in the group and solo sections. Chloe's other passions include singing, playing the guitar, health, art and bringing out the best in people.
 
Chloe was also in the Student Representative council at her school for two years and was sports house captain. She has also attended the Magic Moments "Youth leadership and finance camp” in 2011 and "The Journey Intensive" run by Brandon Bays.
 
Chloe's mission is to support, inspire and motivate. To bring the best out in people, to travel the world, own her own dance studio and become a professional dancer and live a long, happy, healthy life.
 
She loves Free Spirit Girl as " it has supported me in growing into myself, I am a completely different person now, I have so much more confidence and courage, I love the connection I have with the other Free Spirit Girls, it's like we've known each other our whole life and I know we will be friends for life”
