I have known Katie for a period of 4 years.
Katie is the most wonderful young women, who is wise beyond her years. Beaming with natural intelligence, she fully embraces the core values of humanity. Katie has a huge capacity of love and a passion to help others be the best they can be by passing on wisdom and tools that many adults wish they had.
Katie has so much to offer the world and I entrust her fully, and look forward to seeing where her life takes her!
She's amazing and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

It is with pleasure I write about Katie Pitsis who is a member of "Woolgoolga
high School student body. I have been involved with Katie for the past 4 years
in my capacity as the Student Representative Council co-ordinator.
Katie was elected by her peers to the SRC in her first year of high school and
has been a very active participant ever since. She has taken on a number of
responsibilities including:
running assemblies; organising and promoting fund-raising activities for a
number of charities; organising and running the SRC promotions' noticeboard;
acting as secretary; dealing with incoming mail; corresponding with World
Vision children sponsored by Woolgoolga high school student body and ensuring
their letters are communicated to the other students; organising and running
Discos and Gig nights for students in years 7 to 12.
Katie has also been a mentor for 4 year seven cohorts, helping to welcome them on
Orientation days and on excursions. She has been an enthusiastic member of SRC
Leadership camps, demonstrating excellent leadership and organisational skills.
As well she has liased with school executive and the Parents and Citizens
Association on a range of issues raised by the students.
At all times Katie has exhibited a keen intellect backed by a strong desire to make
her local world and the global one better places for the future of all people. She is
a gifted public speaker who has represented the school on a number of occasions
and has the desire to use her skills for the betterment of all those less capable of
fortunate than herself.
I feel confident that she will continue to use her positive personality as a
communicator to the good of any community or organisation she belongs to.
Yours sincerely
