Wow, its been such a busy couple of months for me, organising my first "Freespirit girl" workshop.
I feel extremely grateful for this amazing opportunity, as it has allowed me to step out of my own comfort zone, and to show myself once again, that anything is possible. Running this workshop has been a huge dream of mine for years and it feels wonderful to have finally started on this liberating journey of mine.
The "Freespirit Girl" workshop was held at Woolgoolga headland on the 20th of January.
It was a beautiful warm summers day. As we were prepairing and setting up the space. A pod of dolphins came to visit and send their blessings. They were so playful and beautiful I just knew we had a fantastic day ahead.
When the girls first arrived many of them were a little shy, nervous and unsure.
The girls set rules and guidlines for the day and we talked about comfort zones and how important it is to constantly be stepping out of their comfortable place to truly experience all life has to offer.
We lit intention candles and set individual goals of what we wanted to get out of the day. We played some games, had a few laughs and got to know each other far far better! It was amazing to observe the girls throughout the day, and to see them open up and share so deeply with such honesty.
At lunch time it was great to see the girls step out of their comfort zones and mingle and sit with girls they hadn't previously known. They had already started to take on the learnings and integrate them into their day. We then went on to do some very deep processing (Journey style) and the girls amazed me with their openness and willingness to go where they needed to go.
By the end of the day the girls came to realise that we are all part of one big girl family and need to support, help and guide each other to shine our light out into the world. All the girls had an amazing time and cant wait for the next one.
Heres a few of the girls comments on the day;
" That was the most amazing, fun day. Thankyou so much Katie"
"Wow I learnt so much about myself, and made new wonderful friends"
There was so much information I wanted to share with the girls I've decided to hold a 2-Day workshop in the next holidays.
Love Katie
