What is the workshop?

"Discover Your Greatness” is a dynamic, fun and transformational 2 1/2day workshop for teen girls. This incredible workshop will drastically change the way that your daughter looks at and feels about herself, it will boost her confidence, give her powerful and proven techniques in goal setting so that she can easily set and achieve all of her goals, it will help her to make really great decisions and not be swayed by peer pressure, it will totally shift the ways in which she communicates and deals with bullying and it will improve your relationship.

It will also motivate her and support her to learn to love the body that she is in and promote a positive body image by revealing the truth about the media and letting go of negative beliefs and limitations so that she lives her life to her full potential.

"Discover your Greatness” will also support your daughter in finding an amazing support network of positive, likeminded, fun friends who completely support, accept and love her for who she is, who celebrate her successes and are there for her when she is feeling down.
