The primary school years can be tough for our young girls.
 And yet, It is the place where the majority of our values and beliefs about the world and ourselves are formed.

These beliefs become the grounding block for the teen years. Therefore It is so important to teach our girls at an early age to love and accept who they are, to use their voice and speak up for themselves and to learn how to say no to the things that don't support them, to learn about emotions and how to set goals.
